This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and DSnap ("we," "us," or "our") for the use of DSnap mobile application ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on Apple-branded products running iOS. This license is for personal or commercial use in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Scope of License

This license is limited to:

• Use on iOS devices you own or control
• Usage as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules
• Personal or commercial use
• Local content generation and sharing
• Cross-platform content optimization

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Distribute or make the Software available over a network
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Software
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass any Software limitations
